2026 AGM will take place on November 25, 2026 at 6 Pm NOTL Community Centre!

(Doors open at 5:30PM)

President and Chair of the NOTLRA, Stuart McCormack will preside over the meeting. The Chair will take members through the agenda and will be responsible for declaring the new board once elections have been completed and properly scrutinized by the scrutineers.

The following members have been elected by acclamation for the 2025-2026 term

The 2025 board is currently made up of the following individuals:

* Stuart McCormack President and Board member 

* Ron Simkus Administrator/Board member 

* Norm Arsenault Treasurer/Board member 

* Steve Hardaker Board member at large

* Bette Ann James -Board member at large

* Andrea Leja - Secretary/Board member

Following the election of the new Board of Directors, the Chair will take members through a series of presentations on various issues that the NOTLRA Association and committees has been working on since last Fall. A recap of these presentations is attached below for your information.

You may wish to familiarize yourself with the new slate of Directors up for election by following the various links below. The new elected Board will be meeting in the near future to select and appoint members to new Officers positions. It is anticipated that Officers will lead the various issues as assigned by the Board.
